So I am really frustrated my whole system is at not useable state of chaos and I would just like tech support live on phone or something I spent $69 on upgrade offer with redeemable credit for loops instruments etc...upon installation there was error how ever music maker did show premium platform then it vanished and I am back to free version my credits are gone. I have no serials anywhere to even hit the activation button. It's ghosted. I using my software and been Magic user for too many years. I produce for young people and right now is crucial time I need to work. Also having problem with external VST plugin that I am unable to use also. I have email reciept of my purchase with no serial but u guys give me serial for soundforge wich came in upgrade packet but I have no magic serial from my purchase. Wish I could receive a number to call or answer quicker then 2-3 days.

@Victor-Fowler Here are only users like you and no Magix staff.

Inn case you have problems with logging in you can try to open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache and can solve problems like you described.

If you are missing a serial number you should look again in your order confirmation e-mail in case you overlooked something. If it's really missing you need to wait for an answer from support because we cannot do anything about this.

Thanks sorry about that.

Im trying to link my M-Audio trigger finger pro to music player. That would be VST plug in correct?

Or Instrument? Lil assistance with it if anyone could shoot me a lil direction.

@Victor-Fowler You can select a MIDI input device in the program settings. There you should be able to select your hardware controller.

You can also use VST plugins in Music Maker. You need to install the VST addon from the store (under features). Then you can add the VST plugin path where your plugins are located in the program settings. After that you should be able to load them as instruments or effects (via the FX rack of each track).

I only have it connected thru usb currently, will it still work as you say thru midi?

@Victor-Fowler Yes, if the M-Audio drivers are installed it should be visible as a MIDI input device. It is likely that the drivers install themselves just by plugging the hardware into your computer. If this is the case you don't need to do anything. Just select your controller here:
