Uploads to youtube are converting to 360 format.

I have rendered a 4k video to mp4 16:9. It turned out great but when i upload it to youtube, it appears as a 360 video. So i render the same edit to ultra HD and upload it to youtube and it also appears in 360. I then render it to full HD and upload it to youtube and it still appears in 360. Has this happened to anyone else, and how did you fix it and what did i do wrong?

Hi

We need more information:

  1. Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset, RAM,  hard drive configuration, sizes and free space?
  2. Windows version and is it up to date?
  3. Software full name and version number - as found under Help, About . . .
  4. Project settings.
  5. Are you using the internal Movie Edit Pro (MEP) uploader or YT's own uploader.
  6. Format and settings you are exporting to.

Also please read this post before replying and add any other information you think may be relevant.
