USB Burners not found is, Speed3 at fault?

Running MEP2013P, OS W8 (spit). For a couple of months now when I come to burn my projects the soft ware doesn't give me the option to select my USB burners, only the internal or an image. It worked with no problems before.
To get around this I dump to an image file ad burn that.

I've reloaded MEP2013P no change. I've reloaded the recommended drivers from MAGIX. I note that MEP2013P routes through to Speed3 for burning. If I call Speed3 up on its own it does not see the USB burners. All other programs on my PC that use disc burners see my internal and USB burners.

So how do I get Speed 3 to see my USB burners?

HELP!!!!!!

Hi

Do the USB burners show up in device manager?

Also contact support at Magix - they may have a patch to correct the issue.

John

PS no spitting in the forum please
