Use of Intro's/Outro's of Different Sizes to Project

I am just looking for some guidance and advice please.

Old Camcorder cassette film have been converted and I am now going through the MP4’s, using MEP and breaking it down into smaller MP4 clips relative to where/what originally taken. The size of these converted clips is 720 x 576 at 25fps.

Rather than leaving it just at that, I am now thinking of putting together a few of these short clips into a Family Movie and I then think of potential Intro’s/Outro’s and then remember Catooh! And here comes my query. One clip I think about purchasing is either 720 x 480 at 29.97fps, or, 1920 x 1080 at 29.97fps. Different aspect and fps.

Presumably, using either somehow though it would still work?

Do I assume that importing this potential purchased Intro/Outro's into MEP and that the program would automatically convert/compress the clip into the same size as the Project? Or should I use something like
Movavi Converter to convert the Intro/Outro first?

But then is it better to purchase the larger 1920 x 1080 version as this would more likely be a better fit for any future projects, and presumably offer a better quality conversion/compression?

In this case it relates to these old Camcorder Cassettes, but if this works, I am sure I will be revisiting other old camcorder clips of our grandchildren. I have a feeling that another project is about to start?
