Using different video formats for one video edit 1 clip showing black

Hi,

I'm trying to put 3 videos into 1 single mp4 video. I have 2 mp4 videos and 1 MOV video. I added the first mp4 and MOV video without any problems but when I added the 2nd mp4 video it was showing mostly black and some parts were like frozen and there was no video too.

I'm not sure what the problem is because both mp4 videos have the same format in 25 frame rate. The MOV video has 60 frame rate. All of the videos play in a video player.

Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium Ver 18.0.2.225. I'm using Windows 10 PC, Intel i5,16GB Ram, 1060Ti 3GB Graphic Card

Please help identify the problem.

Thank you

Here is what I would try.

Using third party movie format converter, convert all files into 60 FPS MP4 files. If the aspect ratio of the videos are the same, then get the video with the highest resolution, then convert all videos to that video’s resolution.

Then import the converted file.

Note: A quality (read, paid) third party movie format converter is a very handy tool to have in your toolbox if you're editing lots of videos.
