Using sound forge like a audio mixer

Guys, I would like to know if the sound forge has a feature. Imagine a guitar connected to input 1 of an audio mixer. And a piano connected to input 2. In the output, we will have a sound that is the mixture of the two, playing simultaneously. What I want to do with the sound blaster, is to simulate this mixer: Take a file "guitar.wav" and a file "piano.wav" and transform it into one, "music.wav" where we hear both instruments simultaneously. It's possible ?

Neither SF (Pro or AS) are multi-track applications, and not designed for mixing, Vegas Pro, Reaper, PT's and most other multi-track DAWs have this though,

That said, I prefer volume envelope automation or a 'hands on' console console control surface for 'mixing on the fly.'

Addendum: if you just want to combine the piano and guitar together, you can use the 'Mix' process...similar to copy-paste, but the copied data is 'mixed' into an existing file.
