Vegas 23 VCRUNTIME140_1.dll - can't start

Hi! I was using V23 Build 356 in saturday and everything works great. After I finish movie I just turned off PC and didn't used it until now.
Now I have VCRUNTIME140_1.dll error when I try to start V23. I uninstall all Microsoft Visual C++ components, downloaded new ones from Microsoft site, install it again, reboot PC and V23 still won't start but one time when I wanted to start V23 I had error with Redgiant plugins (which I don't have in V23, I only use them in After Effects) - so I uninstall all Redgiant plugins but V23 still won't start.
Maybe anyone have some clue what to do next?

yeah :D I saw that and I was confused what is going on :D So sorry to post that here.
I was trying that too but that didn't fixed that.

Now I am experimenting because I had a lot of errors with plugins and I delete all log files from AppData -> Local -> VegasPro -> 23.0
It helped and V23 started normally but everytime when I close V23 error report window is still showing up.
