Back on 30th July, I bought the Vegas 19 Edit package of 2-for1 that included Vegas 20 as a free upgrade when released. I have received several emails recently to upgrade to buy Vegas 20 upgrade,

This is from the 30 July confirmation of order email:

Upgrade: VEGAS Edit 20
How and when will I get the new version?

When the new version is released, you will receive an email
with your serial number and instructions for downloading.

I am sure Magix will be sending out the email with link to download 20, but was was wondering if there was time scale of when this would be.
