Vegas Pro 12 Transferring license from old pc to new one

Good afternoon,
The computer that my Vegas Pro 12 was installed is no longer functioning and I would like to transfer the license to another computer. I have download and installed the software from my MAGIX account using the original serial number. However it is asking for the authentication code and I am unable to locate it.
Need help in activating on my new computer and deactivating on old pc.
