Vegas Pro 15 license transfer to a friend

I have Vegas pro 13 and 15 versions. I recently upgraded to Vegas Pro 17. I want to transfer my Vegas pro 15 license to my friend who has Vegas Pro 11. How do I do that? Thank you very much.
