My video fx menu is cut off, not allowing me to access all the options. I have tried to decrease the resolution of the display (4k originally) down to 1080p and change the "scaling is performed by" to the application. Downscaling the screen does not affect anything and changing what does the scaling introduces more scaling problems with small icons and broken buttons.

I have not found a solution for this anywhere else on the internet.
