I’ve been getting Error Code -14 for a while now. I submitted a support ticket and received an automated response suggesting I fully delete all Vegas and Magix files, but that didn’t fix the issue. Everything is correct the installation location and the serial key and yet the program still won’t let me in. I’ve used this program before without any problems, but it suddenly started giving me Error -14, and I can no longer use it. I don’t think this is something I can fix on my end. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and haven’t received any response other than the automated message.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
