Vegas Pro Crashing when dealing with .m2ts files

Vegas crashes immediately when I try to import a m2ts file. It also crashes if I try to open a veg file that contains a m2ts file.

This was working not too long ago - I have a feeling this started to happen after a recent Windows update.
