Vegas registration problem

I accidentally registered Vegas Pro 15 under two different email addresses with the same serial number. When I run the program, it is giving me the following error message: "This serial number has already been registered to another email address. Please contact MAGIX support. Error code: -24" I have been unable to determine the correct contact point for support for Vegas Pro. If I could get them to adjust things so that only the one email was registered, I would be able to do my work. Anyone able to help? Thank you!


EDIT: The registrations were made within a couple minutes of each other.

Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

First, you should really post this question to the dedicated Vegas Pro forum here. When you do so you will see, at the foot of every forum page, a "Contact" option. Clicking on it will provide a link to Magix Vegas support.

(There is also a Contact option at the foot of this page you're reading now, but its link leads to a different support channel.)
