Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Which variant of MEP 2021 do you have, Basic, Plus or Premium?

The Extra Content is accessed via Help>Install extra content and simply follow the on-screen instructions.

ALL serial numbers applicable to whichever variant you bought, including and additional packs, should be in the email you would have received confirming your payment and purchase.
