Version 2022. Running Windows 11. Cannot save or export a project

In the 2022 version, when the software opens it has three distinct windows on top of each other. On no window is there a File button or any other tabs on the right side as shown and described in the one line introductory tutorial. It has been a waste of money so far since I am not able to save, or export. The previous versions were much better organized.

Hi

We need more information:-

. . . . The previous versions were much better organized. . . . .

  1. Were the previous versions Vegas Movie Studio 17 and earlier? If so these were a different program to the current magix movie Studio versions - change over occurred when Vegas Creative Software dropped further development of the Vegas version. The current version is based on Magix Movie Edit Pro, now renamed Magix Movie Studio, the layout for this line of Movie Studio has been the same since 18

  2. What is your computer specification, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and the screen resolution you are working with.

  3. I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

  4. Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

  5. A screen shot of the Program settings, Device options tab would help

  6. What resolution and format are the source video clips you are importing

  7. The export preset your are using
