I downloaded a trial version of Videodelux 2026.

Windows 11
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 7 150U (1.80 GHz)
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.7 GB available)
Intel Graphics Card: 128 MB
Storage: 956 GB
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64 processor
It crashes very often, but if I wait a while, it recovers.
What could be the cause?
All other programs run fine.

Do you mean either:

  1. The software appears to stop responding to mouse and keyboard inputs, and after a while it starts responding again?

    Or
     
  2. The program actually closes and restarts?
