Is Magix Video Deluxe 2026 compatible with third party LUTs? If so, how do I utilize them? I see nowhere within the software to load them

It looks like there's a problem uploading images. My post had four and John's had one, none of which are visible.

Thanks for the image, has all the Extra Content that is available under Help in VDL 2026 been installed? On selecting Help, Install extra content, you should see this dialog.

To use a LUT either use 'drag n drop', to put the LUT onto the selected video/image on the timeline.
John, the problem with that method is that no description is put onto the timeline object; you don't know what you've applied to it. When you activate a LUT from the Movie Looks template, you can see in the object name that various effects have been applied.

I have been looking at the issue with the LUTs not appearing in the Templates tab with a 'clean' install of VDL, ie not an upgrade from an existing installed version.
The easiest to setup and use for the LUTs, is the folder method with 'in program' links as I posted here.

The folder where effects etc go is the 'Video deluxe Premium Content' folder, ie it has been renamed..
