David, try re-installing the driver from here:

If that doesn't fix it, you'll need to be a bit more descriptive with what the issue is: no video or audio, audio but no video, device not recognised.

Also, in your Windows settings, make sure you've given Magix permission to access your camera and mic (I know, you aren't connecting a camera per se, but this may allow Magix to use the USB stick.) Go to:

Windows Settings>Privacy, camera and then mic and toggle both to ON (two toggles each) (this is for Win 10, I assume 11 will be similar). For example, the camera setting:
