Does your graphics card have the latest software update?

Is your windows software up to date?

Is it an old graphics card, what's your pc specs?

Did you try uncheck Hardware acceleration for playback if possible in file/settings/program If you have an old graphics card?

I have had windows updating in the background which can cause issues sometimes.
