This is a user to user forum not Magix Support and as such we cannot send you any diagnostic tool.

There are many experienced users in the forum who may be able to help, however we need more information.

  1. Please describe the problem in more detail eg is the freeze temporary, during preview playback or does the program crash and not respond.
     
  2. Computer specification - see this topic for details of what is required and please quote the processor and graphica card/chipset make/model in full. it would also help if you put this information in your Profile, Signature for future reference.
     
  3. The Video Pro X version as found under Help, About
     
  4. Format and resolution of the source videos on the timeline
     
  5. A screen shot of the Program Settings, Display options or Device options tab
