Hello John,

Go to: C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\Video_Pro_X16 and delete the Video_Pro_X.ini file, then restart Pro X16.

Deleting the INI file will reset Pro X16 to its default settings and fix any computer configuration errors.
