Anirban,

For a start we have to know what are your current settings. You say MPEG4, but as you can see from the MEP menu below there are no end of options for size and quality of exports to cover big screen presentations or just for sending to a mobile phone.

Hi Anirban

For web the max I use is the 1220*720p setting, this gives a reasonable file size and decent quality which can be enlarged reasonably well and played on a variety of devices.

For presentations on digital projectors I would use full HD ie 1920*1080p and up the bitrate to improve quality.  However the quality and type of digital projector plays a much more important part in the perceived quality.
