@btyfldncer There is an effect called VocalTune in Music Maker. With it you can re-tune individual syllables. Then there is an effect called Orange Vocoder ME, which allows you to do vocoding effects on your voice.

But this only modifies your own voice. If you want to sound totally different, you need something else. There are open source RVC-based tools, that let you change voices, for example:

But these tools are not so easy for beginners to use.

Some plugin developers released VST voice changer plugins, which are much easier to handle, for example Sonarworks Voice AI or IK Multimedia Resing, but basically use the same technology and they are ethically trained, so you don't simply "steal" voices of other people who didn't give their consent:
