Voice Editing

First of all regards to all of You good peoples. Thanks for reading this scrap of mine

First of all I would like to stress that i am a total newbie in world of music editting software.Have never used it before & have "0"knoledge about any theory behind it,but i have a question...?

Maybe this is not the right place for this post.In that case sorry for all the fuzz.

So i have always wondered is it possible to do things like hmmm...how to describe it?

Well, let me put it like this...

Does anyone know is it possible to have a  voice sample & then record Your own voice (some speech) or maybe even type a text  with idea to "postprocess" it latter or modiffy it so that it will no longer sound like Your own voice, but like voice of whatever person You have captured in that  voice sample.

I do apologize  becouse of mine bad understanding of matter. That is why I can not use more qualified terms to describe this question better.

I find this topic to be difficoult to discover,at least in mine case just by googleing for it.Anyhow I was able to find some interesting videos on YouTube involving Magix Music Maker, dealing with ,but this

is as I have understood usefoul if You want to convert Your Own voice into a "robot" voice.

I am dreaming about possibility to take, say Shon Connery voice & use it in combo with mine or something

like that.

Two things !!! Shon was just a first acctor i've  come across in my mind,it is not some sick addiction

& second is this possible after all or is it still Year 2046 to come, maybe to be discovered feature?

Any usefoul advice, word of visdom or site  recommendation would be highly appreciated.

Sorry about my ignorance & bad English (it is not my native language).

Stay all good & beautiful,& thats a command

Thank You very much in advance,

It seems you are asking pre-purchase question. Different version of Music Maker got different features below sharing own experience.

In Magix Music Maker yes, we can use some feature to manipulate voice such as (Robota) you have already mentioned about Robot voice.  We can increase or decrease Tempo/Pitch even could make it interesting(watch video) using Elastic audio feature.

I have used the Text to speech feature too that worked well.

As we can record music we can also record speech/song etc by using Microphone.

I have peaked into Your Profile....Some interesting stuff You have going on inthere.I like Your interests.

By the way i am from Croatia & have decided to learn similar stuff on my own.To be more exact my point of interest is modeling/texturing/riging/animation.However,as I have allready mentioned I am in process of learning. My plan is to hopefully menage to get all the skills to be able to model/texture/render realistic characters till the end of this year.I am allready in this process for like two years now & it took me so long because i did not have any pre-knoledge of what so ever, neither artistic or technical.Anyhow, next Year I have a plan to learn process of riging/animation (Maya),with my own characters of course

Ok,enough of blabbing about me....

You see i was just thinking in advance, that maybe some time in a future  it would be a nice thing to be able to generate some voice for my animated characters, about posibility to record my own voice & then modify it  to make it sounds like conversation between two charactes (humans).

I am aware that it could be done via recording actual conversation itself  & how most probably it would be a way to go,but It is allways good to know that there is another option.

Regards & Itte Irasshai

Hope i've got last one right.Suppose to mean:"Have a nice time?"
