Warning while installing loops and instrument add-in

during loops and instrument install got a pop up error that stated die hilfe konnte aufgerufen werden which translates to call for help. it is indicating the issue is in the installation manager. should i ignore?

@Chris-Mulholland Do you mean "Die Hilfe konnte >>NICHT<< aufgerufen werden" (The help could >>NOT<< be opened)?

Otherwise it doesn't make sense because it states that everything went fine.

It basically means that the HTML help file couldn't be opened by your standard web browser. I don't know why. Maybe it would after restarting your computer. Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option.
