Wave Hammer (SF13.0365)not showing in Adobe Audition CC as VST effect?

Is the Wave Hammer plugin not VST anymore? Why doesn't it show in my other DAW programs when I scan the magix plugin folder as a VST effect option?

Wave Hammer has been a Direct X piug-in since the Sonic Foundry days . OTOH, Wave Hammer II is VST, I do not know if it is available to other host apps or just Magix.
