I've recently filmed a friend's wedding using a Sony NEX-5 camera & the files are in MP4. I got a converter to convert the files into Mpeg2 but Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus won't read the files properly. The clip keeps skipping to the first few seconds no matter where I try to cut the clip. My codecs are up to date so I don't think its a matter of codecs. How do I fix this problem? I only have a few days to correct this problem before my friend strangles me for not being able to give them the video before their after-wedding party in 5 day's time.
