Where do I get Vandal SE without installing Music Maker

I got Music Maker with my sound forge, but I already have Acid Music Studio - how do I get Vandal SE without having to install Music Maker?

@Steven-Carello This will not work. If you want to use it as a plugin in any other program you need to get the commerical version of Vandal. https://www.producerplanet.com/us/article/vandal-16793/
