Where is my order going?

Urgent please help me.

I am from Singapore and currently on a trip in United States and i saw this christmas discount on Sony Vegas Pro Edit 16. I have been wanting to get it so badly. Thus,i decided to purchase it. After filling all my details(putting me from Singapore) and have successfully paid,I realised that the shipping cost stated is 0. Reading forum s from Reddit, some people actually have to pay quite a hefty price due to the brokerage fee on the spot. I have now decided on making a refund but the term and conditions state that i can only refund after receiving my product. I needed to contact the support for help but calling them requires additional money. I have no idea where is my product going. I want to change the location of the product delivery but i doubt i cannot.

Another downside of this is that the discounts ends at 26 december but when i go to the website ,it says discount ends at 3 january. And its 15 dollar cheaper.What is this?

These forums are for user-to-user assistance. Since your question concerns the order you have placed, unfortunately no-one here can help you. The only suggestion we can make is that you email shop@magix.com and explain the problem.

Do remember, however, that it is entirely possible that Magix staff will not be back in the office until after January 1st.
