Where do I find tech support for my Video Pro X??? The Magix website is useless .... What happened to Magix over the years.?..it used to be a good company.....now all it's products have problems and you cannot find tech support.

No, I am not missing the point. You seem to have some kind of beef. What we don't know. As far as I know, the purchase of Vegas by Magix has been quite successful, with 4 new versions issued.
If you have a problem with Vegas, take it up on the Vegas Forum.

No, Ive been using Samplitude for years.....Magix is getting bloated on it's website....not just I, but many have a hard time finding support properly....it's always a run around.

No, it's now fairly straight-forward, but it requires actually looking at the screen and following a simple logical order, like clicking on the Support button at the top of this forum, selecting the product and looking at the page for possibly a solution, if none, continue by clicking on the "Find a Solution" button under the box that says "Ask Support" or looking at and actually reading the tutorial on the same page about "How do I contact technical support."
Once you've selected a category and product and searched for possible solutions, the last two screens are:
I would say that 99% of those wanting help have problems or questions that have already been treated either on the forum or by Magix multiple times - that is why there are lists and a search buttons. These should be exhausted before raising a ticket.
