White nose with Magix music maer 2020/21 and no noise from keyboard

I recently got a new laptop and when I install the Magic Music maker I mostlt get white noise or silence, especially with the keyboard. Anybody know what's going on or how I rectify it

@Gary-Mottershead Did you select an ASIO driver like Magix Low Latency in the orgasm settings? What settings are selected if you open the "Advanced..." menu?
