I'm getting contradicting statements from the websight whenever i try to register my program. I also can not get support from the company because i don't have a registered program. I really have no clue what to do. All i want is to activate my mp2 and mp4 codecs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ps i have never ever registered my product i just opened the box this week and installed it after having it for about 3 years. Also,  the program name is magic movie editor pro 14.

Hi

Movie Edit Pro 14 is an old version released April 2008 and is no longer supported and you may have left it too late to register the product.

Which version of Windows are you installing this on?

If you are installing this on Windows 8 then the version is not compatible - you may get it working however some functions may not be available or work correctly and it will be necessary to upgrade to MEP 2013 or 2014.
