Why did the installation stop after 95% and freeze there?

I am installing photostory 5 on my laptop computer I have vista is this a problem? It seems to have frozen after 95%

It very well could be yes...

I do not think PhotoStory 5 is Vista compatible. I think that 5 was only compatible with 2000, XP versions of Windows
