Why do I got log in every time. I just bought it and only has 8 tracks

Once I log in, it still wants me to buy it. I already bought it. Even with the serial # /subscription email. Still don't have accto this. Thia software is disappointing. Lot of time wasted!

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Please tell us exactly what you bought, presumably Music Maker, but which version and variant (Plus or Premium). If it was MM2020, have you updated to MM 2021? if so, that is the problem!

Once you had bought the app, did you enter your email address and serial number on the activation/registration page in the app?

The fact that you say you only have eight tracks implies that you are running the Free version of MM.

If you want our help, please give us as much detail as you can.
