Hi Prue,

Once again, 15 or 2015? Probably 2015, right?

Could you post screen shots of the menu screen and the preview screen? It shows up fine in mine. Did you try it after a reboot? Did you click on the jog wheel button a couple of times? Did you try a reset (F9)?

Not sure if this is how I reply to you John. Thanks very much. I tried the reset, F9 and that worked. What a relief!

Sorry for hijacking post but I have the same problem,  only that after applying the three suggested solutions, double clicking on button, the F9 key and rebooting,  the problem persists.  There is no joggle wheel.

I use Windows 7.

I have also tried to include screenshot but for some unknown reason I am unable to do so.  Control, CMD+V does not work.

I would appreciate your help on this, please

Mine was missing, too. F9 fixed it but only if Magix continues to run in full-screen. If I try reducing it even a little, the jog wheel disappears. This is with the newest version of Magix Pro!

The jog wheel disappears if the preview area becomes too small - width-wise, when there is not enough space to show it. Make the window wider and you will see it..

This is correct. I expanded the preview area to the right and it showed. It is also visible when you run in full screen.

In the upper left corner of the preview window there are 3 stripes in the shape of a square. Click that and a drop down menu offers you a visible jog/shuttle option. Select that and the wheel for the jog feature shows up at the bottom of the preview window.
