why is my Keyboard audio not working?

Hi, I just downloaded the 2017 trial version of MAGIX Music Maker on Windows 8. I was having trouble with my audio before and I seemed to fixed it only slightly because I can't seem to here any of the keys on the keyboard when I try to play them. My computer is fully optimized to handle this kinda of software and I'm not sure whats the problem, any ideas? ( here are my audio setting)

Looking at the image - you are using the Magix Low Latency drivers for audio playback and your sound card probably does not support this.

Try changing to option in the Audio playback dropdown to your sound card, you may also have to change the driver to Wave driver or Direct Sound

Hi,

You have armed track 2 for MIDI Rec, but no instrument is selected so nothing will play. Try selecting an instrument by clicking on the + sign at the left of the track. I don't know what comes with the trial version, but there must be something.

Try track 1, which you have hidden. The Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth is used by default on track 1.
