I entered my serial number on your site and it was valid but the site said that there are no downloads for the selected product. How do I get my add-on downloaded?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and the site is not ours.

Since the product is available as a free trial via this page have you tried downloading it from there, installing it and activating with your serial number?
