Won't let me unsubscribe

I have been trying to unsubscribe for 2 months now and I was told to send an email, so I sent 3 emails each month stating I want to cancel my subscription and I got absolutely no responses and I was charged yet AGAIN today and I'm still not getting a single response to cancel my subscription. I cannot afford this and I've already lost $40 I don't have. What the hell am I supposed to do?

Contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and tell them your customer number and that they should cancel your subscription.
