I was updating my website and suddenly the main pages no longer create the reduced size mobile narrow versions with the vertical drop down menu that I had before on all pages. In the side by side editing they both look good, the main page with a horizontal bar and the mobile with a drop down vertical bar and scaled down images, text, etc.. I must have accidentally changed something, but I can't figure out what is wrong and I need this website up and running.

@doane Maybe the easiest way is to use a free tool like WinMerge and compare both the old and new websites files. WinMerge marks every difference in yellow. Maybe you can find out, which elements were changed.

Have been making more tests and the existing online website pages work as they should, narrower with smaller images, etc., when reduced, they are OK. The problem is only when I preview or upload a main and mobile site, new or old, so it isn't the files, I think its some problem in the software itself or a setting in the software program that I some how messed up. I'm going to uninstall the software and then reinstall it and see if it fixes it. Thanks,

No! That could cause more problems. You have probably just unchecked something. I suggest that you post on the Talk Graphics forum and get replies from the experts there. If they tell you to reinstall the program, fine. Normally, reinstalling does not fix user errors.

Figured it out this afternoon... it was the Firefox web browser. When I made Internet Explorer the default and it opened it IE every thing is working normally. Spent half a day screwing around with this, glad it fixed!

There are 2 ways to make Firefox display the mobile page:

Resize the Fireifox window to mimic the width/height of a mobile device:-
With the main page displayed, press Shift + Ctrl + M and select the mobile device you want to mimic from the dropdown, see image below, then refresh the page.

Wow, thanks John, never heard of that trick before. the shft-ctrl-m does show the small version, but the resizing of the window doesn't work and that was the problem I'm having only in Firefox. MS Edge works fine when I resize the window.
