Rap vocals are really good (and I do like Rap, so at least I can differ between good and bad rapping) and well harmonising with the music.
The music itself is also nice - for my ears it could have been a bit more aggressive but then again, it might not have fitted the lyrics and the style of rapping that well.
The sound of the song is great - well balanced and crystal clear.
Clearly, full five stars from me, no doubt on that.
My advice is to have fun with this. I would add additional synth or instrumentation for variation at :38 in. At 1:17, add some really strong bottom end to this to kick it off. (more bottom end synth, drums, percussion, strings, etc) Martin, don't be afraid to experiment here. You actually have a feel for this and you can create some really impressive pieces. You have a tremendous start. Also, please continue to add to this...I wanted to hear more of what you were doing with this and it stopped at 2:18. I loved how you ended the song...please keep that as your ending.
Wow! Great work bro! I loved the vibe in the percussion area; awesome. The bass line totally bounces and is as strong as you can get for a platform. Loved it.
Underground hip hop! I like the minimalist music. Great start with the strings. Then just a bass groove and backing drums and percussion. with some synths that are well placed. I like the keyboard atmoshere in the. ["Everyone's tough son..."] part.
The rap is fine. I think there are a couple of very minor syllable timing issues but that is about it really.
I like that it is more musical poetry than generic "Yo" "Ho" Rap.
