Life can seems like a simple road, but its not when you think about it. There might not be anyone who has had to fight for life in the ocean or water, but it has happend to me and two of my buddies. We were looking at Jonsvannet an autumn with quite a windy day, this is a large and deep ocean so it was pretty big waves. The canoe sank and we were far from land. There we were three strong men in our prime, and shouted for help. We realized that here we were alone and no one heard us, but we helped each other and saved our lives of theat reason. But one do not live today, the best friend one can have, he never said anything bad about others, and stood up for you as soon as someone stepped on you ... He always helped a friend in need, but had even lost to cancer like so many others.

This simple track is dedicated to him..... Ps..I worked hard with the classic guitars to get the right sound

Peace my friends

Music has always been part of my life. I started making music as a hobby for a couple of years ago. I work in an aluminum production plant, hard work but I'm not complaining.

Cheers Music friends :-)

Hi DJ:

That is why no one should take life for granted -- not for one second.  I have been through some very scary situations during my life, and know, all too well, the fragility and uncertainty of this life.  May your good friend Rest In Peace.

This is an amazing track; full of emotional sincerity.  The guitar sounds, you have so carefully arranged, are quite poignant and really set the overall mood very effectively.  Also, the horns and vocals chime in just at the right moments.

Definitely one of your best and most heartfelt compositions to date my friend.

Jo Bro Roar, life consists of laughter and tears, life and death, gain and lose ... but everything can be endured by the love and kindness - even I have so many friends and relatives lost ...
Your song is interesting because it represents a live and dead than another.
Your sound is very good - even the guitar.
Nicely done roar and think it your friend might also like ... wherever his soul also is now ... I wish that too some a song dedicated to me when I have to go a minute ... I like your song very much .. . greetings in peace and keepsakes at our friends - Andi

Meine musikalische Biographie:

Mit 16 meinen ersten E-Bass gekauft. Bei der Amateur-Rockband Band „Empire“ eingestiegen. (Stil: Rolling Stones, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple etc.)

What a story.  I cannot imagine being in that situation.

You did a great job with the classical guitar ( which is my fav instrument after the piano).  Very nice, mellow song which emotes much feeling as I am sure was your goal.

Lovely track

Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops. Sandro isn't a professional musician, composes and plays music just for fun, but his works reach a good outcome, pleasant to listen. L'UOMO E L'OMBRA

You have translated a lot of emotion into music with this song. Exceptional arrangement and instrumentation. I am a big fan of you music, every new song raises the bar a little higher and this is no exception.

I am sorry for your loss, your tribute to a lost friend is simply beautiful.

Great work. Who's that beautiful voice? I had to listen to that piece for a second time. The guitar sounds very good. I would have have bet you'd played it by yourself. Most varying and interesting. Only one small part around 03:10 that was too difficult for my ears to sound really smooth :-)
