Another outing for Daisy, the Plogue Voice synthesizer known as Alter/Ego. Actually recommended in this month's Computer Music magazine as one of the best free vst's of the past twelve months. This one pushed the limits of my system a bit, with a few issues running out of RAM and such. Musically it's led by the Magix Electric Bass (just bought that - nice), DN-e1 and Analog Synth, with a Revolta 2 tone, doing arp duties in the background at times.
OK - it's quirky, but then that's kind of what you must expect from me, if you've ever suffered listening to my stuff before.
Thanks for listening if you do. Yes it's a longer one again - sorry.
Lyrics
On the day you came,
The wind announced your arrival here
How cool is that?
When you cracked a smile
the sun came out, turned a dark day clear.
How hot is that?
I know that didn't really happen.
It just happened for me.
My guess is pheromones.
Some quirk in my own biology.
Hormones are a pain.
They lead you straight down the wrong path.
How bad is that?
Got it wrong again.
He prefers fit men in tight slacks.
How sad is that - for me anyway?
Why is my radar so poor?
I can't pick right any more.
I wish I was androgynous.
That woud get over all this fuss.
But it wouldn't be any fun either . . . . . .
