"Reflections" is a guitar instrumental with piano overtones. Celesta bells are used in the last section to add depth.

The inspiration for the track is as comparison between past and present events in life, with the title being interpreted two ways, by either that of a mirror and hence the present, or simply lamenting/reflecting on the past.
