Hello everyone. First of all, sorry I didn't upload anything else at the end of September. I was working on another project, but I've been busy with other things. I'll try to have it done by the end of October.

As for this soundtrack, it is something I recorded around September/October of last year. I felt like doing a mandolin duet that tried to capture the special feeling of October, which is probably my favorite month. I always feel like there is something mysterious or exciting in the air.

Anyway, it turned into more that just a duet. There is some percussion - "bass" (cajon) and a tamborine, as well as some atmospheric noises. Plus, I am planning other parts that will have 3 or 4 mandolins. I think I will do this as a yearly tradition from now on, which means, unfortunately, you will have to wait until next October to hear those next parts. Also, because it is only a soundtrack, it will be different from my regular compositions. For example, the last couple minutes of this were entirely improvised on the first take, and I was hesitant to include it because it sounds quite strange...almost without thought. So I just ask that you don't expect too much; it's only meant as some background music during the month.
