Time To Begin Again

Happy New Year, guys and guylettes.
Hope you all had a good break.  Judging by the wealth of new music that's appeared in the forum, it says to me that a lot of you did, and that your batteries are recharged to creative maximum.

This is my bumbling effort at an upbeat tune for the January restart.  A smattering of Alter/Ego, Daisy - voice synthesizer again, but a smattering only.

Includes Iris 2, Alchemy, DSK Choir, Analog Synth, Upright Bass and the kitchen sink.

Lyrics suitably trite again -

Time to begin again.
The year is here anew.
It's down to me and you - to see what difference we can make,
For us and our children's sake.

It doesn't matter what mistakes you made before.
You can start over to rectify the score.

Doubt.  You'll feel it.
You'll find reasons not to try.

Get out and deal with it.
There's no limit but the sky.

Time to begin again.

You know, that you are one of my favorite musicians here. Your music is always interesting and unusual. I think, the vocals are a little bit too loud, but it is a five-stars-song ... again!

Hi Nickillus,

Loved it! Wonderful mix of mind blowing creativity. Compositionaly reminds me of Frank Zappa, going left when you expect right.

Daisy is just off the wall enough to become a trade mark. You use her well!

Great job and thanks for this really cool beginning to 2016!

Cheers.

hello nick, first good year and you wonder if you received songs of the Festival, I did not know you have not done anything.
As for the song nothing is broken, and your creativity goes on in your search path sound and sound, which runs only roads.
I would say that I continue to listen with great interest to your work.
Also this track has passages of great depth of progressive music, combined with a merger with the avant-garde music
Very good

Bro,

First off, hope everything is going great and you and that your whole family (and animals) are having a great New Year!

Wow, I just seen a recent track you posted, and lucky me, looking through your profile, I found more... ;)

You have a great mix of different effects here, and the rattly drums pop around a lot (cool bro, cool!!!)

I here a synthy techno bass here in this one, and what sounded like a couple new instruments... Christmas presents from Santa? Nicely played bro!!!

Please excuse my brief comment, I am just about to leave work. But I love it bro!

Well done!!! Again!
