Timeless

Greetings to all!

I am in the mood to do something 'rock'. I will do a theme about time ... but really the song is about what is 'timeless'. Things and others who are memorable and close to our heart. So I put many different loops into the blender and worked until I got just the right taste (sound) for this precious little song.

'Timeless' ... So there are many timeless things in life ... and the thoughts of what is timeless to me give me the inspiration and creative energy to put my timeless thoughts and feelings into this 'kind of' upbeat rock song ... Hope you enjoy ... and I left the song on a sweet note ... and perhaps you may continue to hear this song in your mind and to remind all of us that there are very special timeless things and others in our lives that want to make us sing this song ;)

Happy rocking!

Mark ;)

Cheerful feeling, nice tempo, and the solid beat of Rock. It all fits together very well. Magix is very good at BPM matching, Thank Goodness! Fine for reflecting on loved ones and other cherished things. I sensed you worked at it until it met your high standards. Unlike some here who just throw it together or crank 'em out with the Song Generator. A fun track to listen to and ponder the moves you made.

Best wishes,

Philip-J

@Philip-J

Thank your Phillip, you are always are there with your deep interest and meaning of the music! All of my songs previous to Magix songs had been done note by note, a very lengthy process that would take me weeks to produce a song. So I have been keeping some of my old habits of being my own grumpy music director, maybe on the 100th take will I be satisfied - lol. We are all here for the fun of it though! It is good to now and then think about the cherished things and others in our lives that we have ...

I did do some of my hybrid stuff on this one. The chorus voices in this song were produced using my Arturia DX7 synthesizer. I noticed that many of our Magix artist have different ways of producing human voicing. I use my arsenal of synthesizers to do that. Using FM synthesis I took advantage of a setup by a sound designer who calls their self Summa and used some of my professional-like resources to add spice and emphasis to the sound.

My best wishes,

Mark ;)

Loops sometimes serve as a source of inspiration for me, but I haven't yet managed to create an entire piece of music using only loops. I always have to play each VSTI myself using the keyboard. You did a great job with the loops. 💯❤️All the best, Klaus

@Klaus-DG

Thank you Klaus!

I see you are kind of new to looping as I am. Over the past nearly a year I have slowly acquired a useful library of loops, primarily from Magix, As Philip has mentioned ' Magix is very good at BPM matching' so loops from many different genres and styles can be made to create fairly original sounds even with different styles and originally different tempos. So the possibilities are nearly limitless as we build our loop libraries. And the nice thing is that we can play along with loops or even add our own keyed in music segments. I think you are beginning to have as much fun in this as I am. ;)

My best ...

Mark ;)
