  Visit www.magix.com and click the persona icon on the top right to get to the Service Center. Login with the email address you used using the product years ago and you'll find it then in the "My products" section.

  Hi  @Dustin-Lowes,  If it is not listed in the Magix 'My Products' it is usually because a user initially registered it using a different Sony or Magix login than the one for this forum, which can be different.. and that would also account for it
