  Visit www.magix.com and click the persona icon on the top right to get to the Service Center. Login with the email address you used using the product years ago and you'll find it then in the "My products" section.

  @Shakirtheartist Go to Magix.com and log in with your old Sony e-mail address and password. You find all registered products in your customer account under 'My Products'.

  RE: Magix support has not responded to support tickets for months
  So Magix doesn't get any money for their product that Walmart sold? On Walmart it says sold by MAGIX, check it out.
