  Jeff thank you, yes you wright. I know the problem with the large quantity of the *.jpg files. Sometimes i sitting long nights to save each individual frame to get bundle with 600+ files. Why i'm doing that? The video i'm filming yas a maximum zoom

  [Closed] Vegas Pro 16 & 20 continually malfunction in so many ways

  @bjtap Hi To answer your questions, from my point of view: Yes and no, responses are getting better, however the going round in circles with the AI feature is a pain, it ewill eventually give up and forward the request to a Support person.  ProDad

  @Steven-Wooten Hi Please use the abbreviation VDL for the product name. Are you logging in to the computer using a Microsoft account? If so, and OneDrive is active and syncing your documents to the cloud, then as a minimum you need to stop OneDrive
